Our transaction fees are 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction, with a required minimum of $0.50 fee per transaction.

A $20 ticket has the following breakdown:
$0.70 (3.5%) + $0.30 = $1.00 fee
Please don’t forget that Stripe, our payment processor, charges its own fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) for credit card transactions, you can view more details here about Stripe’s pricing.
Now, let’s combine both of Esports Tickets’ fees and Stripe’s fees:
A $20 ticket has the following breakdown:
Esports Tickets: $0.70 (3.5%) + $0.30 = $1.00 fee
Stripe: $0.58 (2.9%) + $0.30 = $0.88 fee
So if you’re selling a $20 ticket, the net amount is $18.12.
Note: If the Esports Tickets transaction fee falls below $0.50, we will charge a minimum of $0.50 to process the payment.
